How it Works

Every aspect of our human capability and subjective experience is mediated by physical processes in our brain and physiology. Different pathways (e.g., neurotransmission and cellular energy) work in harmony to give rise to related capabilities.

We started with the full set of subjective experiences and capabilities that collectively result in highly creative and productive flow states, and we then mapped all of the physiological pathways and process known to correlate to those capabilities. We then mapped the complex interactions between those processes to better understand the meta-regulatory system as a whole. Finally, we mapped all the nutrients and biochemical interventions known to positively and sustainably enhance any (and every) aspect of that metasystem, factoring for synergies between those nutrients and chemicals.

From a bottom-up point of view, we are a very complex coordination-colony of tens of trillions of individual cells.
